Saturdays 11:30am - 12:30pm

Optional Day for a second class: Mondays 4:45 - 5:45pm (we can run this class if there is enough interest)

Note: Stretch and conditioning class is available for our Primary Students. Inquiries may be made at the ISB office. (Sat @11-11:30)
